CF3102 Warming Up

We have 2 CF-2002 displaying "Warming Up" but no C code. On one (not tested on the other yet) you can print reports from tech rep mode and also from the CN-3101e Controller.
Have anyone seen this before?

i have seen this on the c450. dont know if it would be the same issue but the symptons were the same. i think the board is called a lcd board i could be wrong ill check tommorrow but we replaced all other boards that were in the machine none fixed it. it wasnt till a dsm came out and we were taking the machine down to the ground and found a small ass board. fixed it but ill find out what the board was for you

I have had many of these, on the scanner main board solder a 100 micro farad cap. in parrallel with C43. this problem may also show a C code that is not listed in the service manual.

That makes sense, one of the machines showed C-3C50 before this problem appeared.
Are you sure it's C43 and not C143?
On the other machine we found that the problem was that the power cord for the scanner was connected to the socket for the Fiery Controller. When we put in the correct socket on the printer the problem was solved.

I think you are right C143. It is located rear right side of board.
