Konica 7030/pulling developer

Once again a machine Im not that familiar with(I wish they would bring back the old E-STATS)
The machine is pulling deveoper lightly,building up in turn around area.
The copies have light cloudy streaks on them ,not the pecil thin ones,but maybe 1/4 inch wide(the type you would get if cleaning blade flipped) I was going to order cleaning blade,developer ,and a set of charge wires,
Is there anything else that you might suggest I get(the drum looks pretty good) and Im ordering the blade although I dont think I have problem with one in machine.

i would do the whole PM. drum,developer,pm kit, and corona wires. i would also check to make sure the correct toner is installed. i've had customers cram the wrong toner in those. then you would have to remove the toner hopper in the back behind the control board and vacume it out clean and start from fresh. don't forget to reset all the counters and RUN L-DETECT.
