I have one thats showing M6(preventitive maintenance) i replace drum,starter and the cleaning web, reset counters, ran f5 and f8 and m6 still there, did i miss something ? thanks in advance
hello you could try this: in tech rep mode go to counters, in counters go to maintenance then "maintenance set" and press "clear" enter new value (next pm) with number keys.
