Not print correctly in konica 6000 press with ic-601 and hard disks

I have a very strange issue in Konica 6000 press with ic 601.First of all i have the Konica-minolta 6000 with firmware 40,ic-601 with firmware 31
Hard disk kit and preview kit.When printing I have the results shown in the photo below.

When i print for example 10 times the same image the 7 is right and the 3 is as the image up.I try different file and i have the same problem i try to print as pdf as cdr as jpg always the same problem.I try from different pc the same.From my laptop the same.I try with updated driver nothing.The size is 330x500 mm but i try 330X487mm or A3 and i have the same problem.The strange thing is that when i turn off the the hard disks on DIPSW 2-0=0 I DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM .Everything is all right.I replace the Control Board/S ASSY but nothing.Can anybody help me.

Hello ,

You should be check preview kit's rams

pull out rams and check correctly plugged the slot

comparate the memory numbers withs slot (the last two digits should be same memory number and slot number "20 AND 30"

check the LCD panel's connecttor correctly plugged the slot.
