FS-519, J72-18 error when copying and/or duplexing.
[Solution]
CAUSE: Separation Cover not removed.
SOLUTION: Review page E-5 of the attached installation instructions for the punch kit and verify the correct cover has been removed. This will assure properly installation of the punch kit.
Hopefully this will help you. If not, let me know.

Rep Power: 3 | OK the problem was resolved. It turn out to be a Driver issue. After spending some time on it. The jamming only appeared when printing. It would always jam on the last sheet feed to the stacker. If you removed the jam that same last sheet would continue to jam. The customer was using a PS Driver version 2.1.0.0.
I updated it to 6.1.2.BT
