BizHub 250 - Fax problems

Hi all,

Hope you're well. First post on the forums, I hope you can help.

We have just had a BizHub 250 with fax set-up in our office.

We can send and receive faxes, however - when we send a fax it comes out the other end has landscape not portrait. As though you have sent an A5 fax/2 pages on one A4.

Can anybody please inform me if there is a setting that I need to change.

On this m/c you can only fax or scan landscape, it is not possible to do as portrait. which is the main reason this m/c gets rejected.
