Could be that your fiery is set up to cancel jobs with errors in it ie. wrong media type sent. I would check in the fiery settings, you can tell it to come up with a error message instead or to force print.

Print out a Job Log from the Fiery once you have sent a job that errors. The Job Log must come from the Fiery and not the machine.

This should tell you why the job is being cancelled and I believe that Dayer might be spot on with the Media Type or Size being why the jobs are cancelled.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

I was told way back in the day when these machines first came out you were not allowed to install fiery's on C220's - it was only an option on C280 / C360, I always assumed it was just a marketing decision since the machines run the same firmware anyway, but the C220 does have a different mfp board.

Has it ever worked or is this a new setup ?

As I can't understand Italian, here is something else that might help you find out what is going on.

Could you please install CommandWorkstation on the computer that you are having issues with and have that running. Print off a job that you know will cause the fault and watch what the job does in CommandWorkstation.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
