C360 Bluetooth: Mobile/PDA not in system user box

We have picked up a C360 with the EK-605 installed. I have triple-checked service mode and admin mode settings, even disabled and re-enabled Bluetooth, but Mobile/PDA does not appear in the System User Box. I searched the service manual and the user manuals for everything on Bluetooth and EK-605, as well as the KM knowledgebase, but no hints for this issue.
It appears the hard drive was formatted before we picked up this unit, but I don't think the Overwrite All Date was done, as there was still network information intact.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks.

I believe there is a device driver you have to load in service mode to enable the function. If the HDD was formatted the driver would be wiped out.

There is no device driver for this...service mode/system2 to enable the Bluetooth settings. I would 1st check to verify you don't have anything turned on under billing settings, then ensure that what is installed is really a 605, not just the additional USB port. Emujo

Yeah, I'm thinking it's an EK-604 and the installing tech was just hopeful when enabling Bluetooth. Since I have not actually seen the EK-605 or EK-604, and am unable to locate a picture or schematic, can anyone provide a description or distinguishing marks/labels?
    Thanks again.

IIRC, the 604 has two open USB ports while on the 605 one of the ports is used by a tiny USB Bluetooth adapter.

Thanks for the image, B0265, that clears it up. It's a 604.
    Thanks again.
