B750 + FS504 J3909

Goog morning
I got a B750 that has a FS504 that is giving me a jam code J3909.
Face up it works fine.
I have replaced the decurling roller,machine exit sensor snd the sensor at the entrance/gate below the fuser unit and the finisher entrance sensor.The fuser upper and lower rollers are both fine.
The machine is on 2.8 million copies currently.
Has anyone seen this before?

What about the one-ways on those fuser exit rollers? Changed them?

In the entrance guide to the ADU unit there are some mylars underneath the rollers. The metal plate with the mylars on is held in by two screws, One in the front and one at the back. You might also find it easier to loosen a few screws in the front left hand side of the unit as you will need to fractionally spread the unit to pull the plate out. You will find that the mylars are split and sticking up which inhibits the paper from entering smoothly, hence the reason why it all works face up. Hope this helps.
