Hi Tech Guys,

Please let me know what could be the problem when printing, this appears much on one side when printed on A3 size.

My unit is 1,000,000 copies i guess i should change 2nd transfer rollers but not sure.

Please help out..

If it's not a color registration issue, I'd replace the fuser loop sensor underneath and center of the fuser unit. It controls the speed of the fuser to keep the fuser from pulling the paper as it passes the 2nd transfer roller. This can cause a color registration issue.

Is the registration off from lead-to-trail of the copy or from front-to-back?
