    If there aren't any available, you got three possible options:

    - Use a generic PS driver to send to the hold queue and then change the properties on the CWS;
    - Export/print the job to PDF and then import the PDF via CWS;
    - If it is 32bit Windows 7/8, try the Windows XP drivers, who knows...

    if you know the model of your Fiery, then go to their website and you should be able to get the appropriate drivers there.
    they have an abundance of drivers listed on their site, and you can also contact them through email.

    There are no Fiery drivers for Wi7/8 for this MFP. They don't exist, KM will never offer them, and Fiery can only provide what KM gives them. The C350 is considered obsolete. If your customer has upgraded to a newer OS they have 2 choices, upgrade the MFP, or go back to Win XP. Emujo

    I don't know about Windows 8 but for Windows 7 type in the IP address of the Fiery into your web browser and click on the downloads tab and install the Win dows driver from that folder. I have been using it without any problems.

    What about XP Mode (that is the release from Microsoft not requiring product registration). OR you can install a virtual machine (e.g., VM Ware) and install a licensed version of XP. Then again, this might be beyond your job doodies.

    It certainly is not ideal for all workplaces; however, it can be very handy for older devices.
