Have a Kon-Min C500 w/IC405 controller Intermittently the Fiery does not wake up when the copier does Have exchanged Fiery , have latest fiery and copier firmware and checked network conn settings Any hints Thanks

Not really sure what you mean by imbedded XP WE have checked all setting on both the fiery (not imbedded) and the copier itself. It happens intermittently first thing in the morning. But, not every morning. WE have also swapped Fierys with the same results. Thanks for your input.

I think the IC-405 runs "Windows XP embedded". RDP into the rip and check the powersave save settings in windows.

In the attached image change the settings in the red circles to "never".
