"Obtain Device Information" removes finisher from device options

I have a bizhub c552 with an FS-527 finisher.

When I set up the PCL driver the " Obtain Device Information" does not find the finisher. I can add it manually and all finisher functions are then available and operational on the machine. But if I then click on "Obtain Device Information" again, the finisher is removed. All of the information is correct in the Obtain Settings and I have turned off Auto.

I get the same problem with the PS driver.

Would be grateful for any suggestions as to why this is happening

in the configure tab of the driver is the finisher choice available but grayed out in the change drop tag?
If so than log as administrator as

Check he basics first, ensure the MFP is at firmware version D6, you have enabled maintenance version 3, and you are using the 3.6 drivers. Also ensure OPEN API is set to "allow" and network usage function is "allow". When you click the "obtain settings", do you get an error? Emuoj

All of the basics are Ok and no error message from Obtain Settings.

Finisher is not greyed out in option list, can be selected manually
