Minolta CF2001 Fiery X3e Scan Speed

I'm now the happy owner of the above multifunction box. So far so good, just a few questions with those that have experience with this unit. 1. The scan speed seems to be really slow. It takes 10 minutes to process a 10 page 150 dpi scan to the hard drive where it can then be downloaded with the WebScan software. Is this normal??? Is there any way to speed it up?? While the system is processing the scan, there is no way to do anything with the printer, scanner, or anything. It ties up the system. 2. I see there were some supporting programs for this unit, other than the internal IP programs for controlling the system. Are these available anywhere? Are there any PCL updates/drivers available for this system? 3. Are there firmware upgrades available for the X3e? Thank you for your help.

The CF2002 is old and slow.

    Nice copies, though.
