How do i take the machine back to factory defaults?

Im kinda new to this but i went into 47 mode and it didnt seem to help. Can anyone give me full instructions? or a link to it on mykonicaminolta.com? I really need to get it done this morning. Thanks for your help

you probably want to get an authorized tech do this. I only do it if its last resort to fixing a problem. Because it requires alot of adjustments after wards.
