IP 921

It looks like the machine we have has a bad IP 921 controller. I know these are embedded in the printer (Coloforce 8050), but can they be bought as a seperate unit? If so how much and does anybody have one?

What are the symptoms? might just need a reload.

The printer is supposed to be a Printer/Scanner/Copier but it it thinks that it is only a copier. Also it is not recognized on the network. i.e. you can't ping to it.

It has 4 red status leds on the side of it near where you plug the network cable in. Do they light up?

Yes two of the four light up. The top left and the bottom right.
