    C6501 trouble

    hi all,
    The machine was working fine with copy and print, later had problem with fiery so kept the machine unused for a while. The fiery got fixed and C-6702 code appears when i give the print command but i can get photo copy without any code.i have checked IPB,IFB,IMCB,OACB if there are any poor contacts but still couldent solve the problem.i am clueless how the problem got in to the machine.can i get any help on this problem.

      C-6702 (C6702), C-6703 (C6703) orC-6704 (C6704) code.
      Solution
      CAUSE: Failed Image Processing Board.
      SOLUTION: Replace the IPB (p/n A03U H020 03 for bizhub PRO C5500/C6500 andp/n A0U0 H020 02 for bizhub PRO C5501/C6501).


      But before you do this, i would suggest you to upgrade the firmware to the latest level, solved many problems for me
      If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!

          Could be a poor contact on the fiery interface cable. Try disconnecting and reconnecting, I would try swapping the cable around also.
