konica c10 blank streaks

have a konica c10 that has 1/16 inch blank streaks across page in same place whether its a black and white or a color copy. could it be the laser unit? thanks

I had the same problem in C8000. In my case it was toner. Cleaning the toner supply system. Load new toner.




in your case, the mark repeats after a certain time in the same place, or randomly?

Clean the glass of the laser window. Remove the drumunit and look into the cavity you will see a glass strip around 100 x 10mm which need to be cleaned. Silly construction BTW........
