    Bizhub C203

    Have a customer who is have some issues with their machine only 1 person can print in color out of 5 and of those 5 there is 1 person who prints and after a couple of copies they get the message "Job has been deleted due to insufficient memory" but this apparently only happens when she is printing from quickbooks. any ideas? thanks

    i would load the latest firmware first to see if this cures the problem.

    Firmware J8 or above usually works.

    Yeah, definately upgrade the firmware to start with as there can be all sorts of funny issues with using later drivers with older firmware.
    Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
