When ever they print a large job, It will start fine and look good then a quater of the way through it it will start taking blocks out of the icture the bottom right hand side from bottom till mid page it takes a big square off and leaves it blank. any Ideas? I dont hve my laptop and im here now using their computers.
Try loading cutePDF from Adobe, it's freeware, and helps with most large print files to Konica Minolta machines. Essentially, it creates a fake printer, which handles most spooling issues, and then sends one large packet to the printer.
It may be the usual problem from static build up on the dust collector / guide on the registration roller. There is an earthing tab at the front that must touch the reg roller bushing or the static discharge will upset the control boards. Also ensure that all other earthing paths are good.
