some one know how enter service mode on a konica 7145?
a technician want to reset error code f35-3 error but dont know "how-to"

Hold down 2 and 5 on the keypad while powering up the copy machine. Once it boots into that mode, the first thing should be "software sw". Touch that. Than you will see two sets of arrows and an on/off. The left set of arrows touch the up button twice, right set of arrows once, than touch "off". On the top of the display it should read something like 3: 1: ....This will reset the fusing code if there isn't anything wrong with the fuser.....
