C364e Jams
My C364e jams from tray 2 only. J20-02. Removed feed head and replaced rollers and clutches once, last go around, I swapped rollers and clutches with tray 1 with no difference. I have made sure all sensors are clean and the rest of the transport section works as it doesn't jam from anywhere else. Any ideas out there?

Re: C364e Jams
Replace the black(1.Version) or the grey(2.Version) vertical transport roller... with the 3.Version (new)
The problem is known.

Re: C364e Jams
Is there a tech pub I can reference for the part number? I will search for one if you don't know.
Thanks!

Re: C364e Jams
Latest field replacement black ribbed vertical transport roller part number is in the latest parts manual, or online.
(and constantly on backorder for obvious reasons)

Re: C364e Jams
I did just find the bulletin and have ordered one. There are only 5 at Brooks though so, I am not hopeful of getting on anytime soon! Thanks for the help and I will let you know if it works!

Re: C364e Jams
field replacement black ribbed roller isnt the roller in the feed unit pictured, its off to the side and listed as a field replacement part.

Re: C364e Jams
Thanks for the info. Had trouble finding the bulletin, as it is referenced to the C364e, but not the C284e.
It is bulletin number 9404
