public user access rites bizhub colour

I have configured user authentication on the bizhub c253 and provided public user access to users without an access code. I want to limit use to mono only in public mode but cannot find the settings for this. Any help much appreciated.

To set up public user access

Go to admin mode
#4 user authentication/acct track
#1 general setting
user authentication (on mfp)
public user access (allow)
acct track (off)

to Block color from public access
#4 user account
#2 user authentication setting
#2 user registration
go to last screen and select public
edit
output permission and restrict color

then set up (Color Useage)
#2 user registration
select box 1
name (color)
Password (x)

This allows the customer to walk up and press public user access (and leave up without keying in account and pword.) They can use black and white only if you restricted color

Youcan also tell it to list users instead of having to type in the name and only type in password

The only time you have to use password is to use color
