    Konica Minolta BizHub Press C7000

I have a Konica Minolta BizHub Press c7000 that powers up goes through the "please wait loading" screen then when it goes to the Konica Minolta screen the machine is basically frozen from that point. Can anybody let me know whats causing this to happen and how I can fix this problem?

If the problem is with the firmware try the so called recovery mode?

    Get firmware G00-40
create folders C7000\I\I0\ in the usb drive
then copy in the last folder A1DU021_00I0_G00_4000.BIN
    then rename it to recover.bin

Start the machine, the power save LED should blink orange and display should say "Please wait starting system"

Connect the usb memory to usb port.

Green LED means: reading file from usb/ deleting flash
    Blinks in green means: writing

When the LED starts blinking in green you can disconnect the usb.
Machine will restart automatically if everything was successful.

I've done it in the past and it worked out well form me.
You can check it in service manual page J - 3.2 Boot USB memory ISW.

Good luck and let us know if it was successful.
