Konica minolta c350

I've got to put a color copier on a service contract and i'm thinking of selling them the c350. Just wanted to see anyone has had alot of experience with this model and what you think of it. I'm thinking of charging .08 for color and .0195 for black. Does that sound like a safe copy charge? Any help appreciated.

Great machine. We've only had a couple of problems with them. They seem to burn through Magenta Imaging Units quickly and Tray 1 seems to suffer from the well known KM feed issue. Other than that I like them.

I second that. Overall it's a good machine. As far as the CPC I really don't think that will be a problem. That's in the ball park of our color pricing, though I'm not sure where we are on the b/w.

Make sure to upgrade the firmware to the latest versions as our local KM branch probably hasn't which seems to be the norm. Get a re-setter for the color IU's also for much increased profit and some 1/2 amp Pico fuses for resetting the belt and fuser............ Your CPC estimates are fine especially if you have a re-setter!

Same feelings here, C350 is much better compared with the new series from KM, without any major issues in servicing.
