BizHub Pro C500

Hi All

I have a C500 with a fiery ic901. What is happening is when you print a document in any application it will randomly inverse the image (Like a negitive). eg you can print the same document with no problem then the next time you print it some pages will be inversed. The fiery has v2 software and the copier has the latest firmware. I have swapped the video interface card in the fiery and the interface board in the c500. Also have changed the main control board as well.

Any ideas will be very welcomed.

What happens if you reprint the jobs that worked from command workstation? will it malfunction then? Or reprint (again with command workstation) one that failed, does it still fail?

Did you reinstall Fiery software with all patches?

Just some ideas.

Are you using the latest print diver and is it the PS driver?
Is the print queue set for LPR and the queue name as PRINT?
Hook a laptop up to it directly and isolate the copier from the network.

Thanks for all your advice. I ended up getting another fiery to test and had no fault so must be the fiery. I will investigate the fiery and reload firmware and re-check internal connections.
