.........Guide data available. Contact your administrator." Is the beast saying.

Got this gem from a wholesaler. Have no history from the machine. What does he want from me. Voodoo? Sacrificing a cute fluffy animal to some kind of Deity? Or what?

Most likely the previous dealer wiped the HDD, dumping the video files in the process. It will run just fine without them, you'll just get that annoying message on the screen, and you won't have the magnificent jam removal illustrations.

Send me PM with email. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There is a "movie data" file that does all the fancy graphics when the machine jams.
It is a 70 meg file if i remember correctly.
    You unzip the file
put the file on the root of your thumb drive
insert the thumbdrive into any usb port on the machine
    go into service mode
    system 2
    install data
    select movie data
hit start and wait till it is done.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

mykonicaminolta.com then go to the onestop product support page. Look under firmware or special firmware, it's buried in there...
