    bizhub 40p stuck in 'PROCESSING'

    Just started today. Earlier, print jobs would not come out and display just said 'PROCESSING'. So I found out that users were power cycling the machine. When the machine came up, their print job would come out. When that stopped working, they came and got me. Now when the machine restarts it still says Processing. I have tried resetting the machine from the web portal... it stays stuck on 'rebooting' on the machine display until I power cycle it... then it resumes back to PROCESSING.

    I have also tried pressing 'Clear' under printer settings...same result.

    Have not yet tried pressing 'Clear' under 'network' or 'all' settings.

    Wondering if there is anything else to try?

    what happen if you hook up the printer directly to a laptop and try some test prints, rewriting firmware - just to rule out network/it related issues. If that still show the same issue you might deal with a faulty controller (NIC, RAM..).
