is there a trick or easy way to replace the
POWER SUPPLY BLOCKs (8 of them) on the transfer belt unit...
these are the black plastic blocks that hold the transfer rollers.

I have a machine edging on 3.5 million (runs good) but i know one of the blocks are a bit iffy...
I have now looked at the belt unit a few times during service, but i don't see anyway to remove the blind screws without completely disassembling the unit, which can be a few hour project....

while i have techs here that know this machine and its quirks,

what cause the top roller, known as the DRIVING ROLLER ASSY to not want to sit flush on the right side of the belt. (Red #2 on the drawing)

i have two of these and i looked at the units side by side and see that the one that has the higher meter just doesn't want to hold to the left (back of the machine) - #2 on the parts book.
