Have a machine that has a message (printer board failure). We do not
work on konica so is this a major problem and if so what is the cost of repair and parts needed. Steve

Is the machine set up for scanning? If not remove the hard drive from the IP unit. It only needs it for scanning and it probably is getting bad anyways. Otherwise to get rid of code it is a s simple as unplugging the copier and plugging it back in again.
