Right! Having skewed prints only from tray 1 on this device, have changed feed tyres over to eliminate that but still twisted on either portrait or landscape and copy or print. is there a lead edge setting in service mode that may help with this or any other suggestions??
    Thanks in advance

I would be looking for the edge of the paper hitting something coming out of the tray. Is there any type of mark or dent on the lead edge?

I have had a reg roller heavily coated with paper dust cause skew and wrinkles on a c550

Paper skew and flipped corner at leading edge rear, flipped back, intermittently. Unlatched transfer assembly at rear. Re-latch the transfer assembly.
