FYI/Hint on C451-551-651 loss of drive / IU overfill.

Hope this tip saves some cash for you. Machine was making a lot of noise coming from rear of the machine. Machine produced prints, just shades and very low on Cyan. Pulled C-IU out and tried turning dev. coupling with pliers and it was almost solid. Took coupling off and put it back in machine. Silence. Thought great, but why it failed?
Decided to examine and checked main drive for faults. Found that Magenta dev shaft bushing (plastic) was fairly worn out . Pulled main drive out and it was not meshing when under a load ( cyan locked by hand) and turning C dev motor until it started skipping teeth on a gear. The drive force was looking for and misalignment and worn the bushing out. New main drive couple hundred quit. What a design to put plastic on main drive. Decided to upgrade and gave it a spacer and brass bushings from old finishers. One gear slightly suffered but IMHO it should survive. Check pics
