Konica C500 SC29-21 After Developer Change

Well here we are again on more C-500 problems. I'm not sure anybody will even answer me on this dog of a machine. So, I've changed the Cyan developer, and now we have SC29-21 which points to drum potential sensor. I changed the developer because it had chunks in it that kept causing lines. But now the machine won't let me past SC 29-21. There's nothing wrong with the drum potential sensor, nothing wrong with the PC board. There's no reason for this--it's just stubborn. But I have to get this latest aggravation (of MANY) worked out. God this machine is such a piece of junk. Can somebody help? Thanks.

Found my problem. Sorry to bother you all. It was a weird one. The laser glass was cloudy, but what is so strange is that it took many wipings with windex on a paper towel to clear it. The other 3 glasses were clear. It never took more than a cursory wiping with a little square of dry toilet paper to clean them, but this cyan one for some reason was extremely stubborn, requiring lots of windex and paper towels to finally clear it. Strange. Thanks.

Not familiar with that machine, but if it's ozone on the laser slit glass, you might check the fans, ozone filters, and power save option timing.
