Hi Anyone know how to change the default scanned document name? I have a customer that wants the prefix changed to something that is not SKMBT_”date stamp”.

Not possible on the older MFPs, new e series have a scan settings tab that you can modify part of the default file name, but unless the user changes it at the operating screen, that's what you get. Emujo
