What can i do to resolve this problem?

An exceptional instance occurred due to the unexpected Parameter in the System F/W.
Relevant Electrical Components, Units, and Options - MFP Control Board (PWB-MFP)

Try to reset it. If it is still showing up, you should try a new firmware version. If it is not working with a new firmware, you should check all the connection to the MFP Control Board. In the worst case scenario, you should change the board. I hope a reset will do the job

where to find "MFP Control Board" on my bizhub c252

You'll find PWB MFP in the back of the machine. It's the big board with all the outside connectors on it.
A new firmware you'll find on any KM site.

Please tell me how to reset PWB-MFP and how to format HDD?

I can´t find C252 MFP controller firmware on any site.
Please help me :-)

You can find the the firmware on Konica's website under the service tab.

You can reset the machine not only the MFP board. To reset the copier, shut it down from the main power off button, keep the Utility/Counter button pressed and power it on. Keep the Utility/Counter down until the Trouble/Reset button shows up on the touch screen. Press it and power off and on the machine.
