    J20-02 C364

Hi here is another way to fix the J20-02 problem, just glue plastic cutout (1mm thick) the the body where the hooks must catch only bottom 2 of the 3 door hooks.

That's a good idea. I have the new modified springs for the idle rollers on the door, gonna try them on the next j20-02 call I encounter.

Have you tried fitting the modified (ribbed) conveyance roller that fits in the e versions?
I've fit these a lot on the e models and it works fine.
I'm guessing it will fit as the feed unit is the same. May be worth a try.

I'm not seeing it allan. Is there another photo? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry don't have any other pics. Its difficult to see the plastic pieces is the same color.
i just pulls in the door by about 1mm on the front side putting more pressure on the rollers.
