951 Double click A3

Hi Guys,

I'm being lazy here.....I presume the Pro 951 can be set to double click A3? We've had 2 machines in a school for 6 months and only just realised, after they called for their 750k pm, that the A3 was single clicking. The total count was about 500k, but the drum/dev count was 750k.

I've dabbled in service mode, but no good. I'm sure it will be in the service manual....but hoping someone on here can save me the bother!!

Sorry Guy...Yup you`re being lazy.lol. You can change the count in the Soft Switches, not got the manual to hand but it is in the listings!

Agreed....I was being pressured to find the answer quickly !! It's just a little more complicated than the office machines....
