If the machine has a hard drive, there is an option called the user box that you can scan documents into and pull them up later and print them.

Not positive, but I would think so. It is a big selling feature for bizhub. It should show up as a scanning option when you scan. Check your user manual for scanning options and it should show you where to acess it.
