Chek the Counter, if that life 250.000 or large please you must be to replace Developer (starter). Or tray to do TCR Adjsutmen from the Service Mode Menu.. Good Luck

First Check The Tcr Who Is On The Down Side On The Developper Cartridge Check If The Connection Is Good
Second Time Check The Clear Number 4 On The Page I Give You
