Bizhub C451 - many warning codes - copier not operational

Hello All,

One of my customer has Konica Minolta bizhub C451 - displaying bunch of warning messages:





The following notification message is being displayed.

Cannot Scan
Tray 1 cannot be used currently.
Tray 2 cannot be used currently.
Tray 3 cannot be used currently.
Tray 4 cannot be used currently.
LCT cannot be used currently.
Bypass Tray cannot be used currently.

<<Page 2>>
Hole Punch cannot be used currently.
Staple cannot be used currently.
Unable to Half-Fold/Center Staple-Fold/Tri-Fold
Z-Fold cannot be used currently.
Post Inserter cannot be used at this time.

I checked all the connections to ADF, all the electrical connections to sorter and other trays.
Being Ricoh tech, I not sure if any settings I am missing.

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Oh Sorry forgot mention, it is not recognizing the Fiery controller either. It is not showing up in the utilities screen.

go check trouble isolation maybe you can unlatch them. if not i think the OACB it wacky. Or a missing voltage from the supply.

Go to System 1, problem isolation, make sure they are all on set. Power cycle the machine and see what happens. You may have to "unset" them, power cycle, the "set" them again and power cycle.
