Do you mean a DF 770? and if so which version...seems there is an A, B, C, D?

sorry you're right typing error DF-770
look in part manual for DF 770 B C D...Paper Feed Section 3 #31...I think that is the spring you are looking for...
"In a cruel and evil world, being cynical can allow you to get some entertainment out of it."
Actually looking at it a little more closer check paper feed section 1 #21 that shaft has to 2 notches and if you zoom in it shows a line going from spring to the two notches but they only picture 1 spring.

I think you meant DF-790.
I looked for this spring at one time. We had one break similarly, and one of our techs installed a significantly tighter spring. The results were J6310, J6510, and C8000 errors. I found a spring as similar as possible to the other on right next to it. It worked perfectly. I turns out that they're both identical.
I think the one you want is item #31: 303NB36300

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
