C0500

i get this code c0500 today but can't clear model 8030 , i try 906 won't do any good .
please help

I have had to replace the deck PWB #2FB01040 for a simmular problem. If you look at the way the pcb sits in the machine, it is very easy for something to land on it and short something out.
