    Kyocera TA 3500i

    Need some 1 Gig memory upgrade for a TA3500i. I have read on this site that buffalo brand is the right ones. Does anyone know the Numbers on what to buy for this application. I want the Buffalo Numbers please. thanks

    Don't bother with brands. Try to find any MDDR200-1GB module. It's not cheap, with price averaging at about 100 euros.

    1 GB DDR2 RAM PC2-6400S-555-12, $ 19.95 +8.95 shipping at Amazon.com should work. I took specifications off of Buffalo chip in our 3500i
