Kyocera 3035 say jam after inserting cassette

Had jamming problem from cassette #1, replaced feed assembly, now says " Remove paper jam from drawer 1 after inserting drawer. Remove cassette and goes to ready. Will feed fine from #2 and bypass. Anybody run into that?

What jam code? What sensor(s) does it point to? Have you tested any of those sensors in U031? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you for your response, but, I found the answer, you answered the same question somebody else had a couple of years ago. Lift motor/engine pwb. Will pursue those sugestions. Thanks.

Try a U906 before replacing lift motor, sometimes it's just disabled if paper gets stuck in and round cassette and gear of the lift motor.
