check the spring contacts for the transfer belt-pull the transfer belt and look along the back side of the machine, there are 4 wire contacts that touch the transfer belt. I have seen these get knocked out of place. Sometimes you can pop them back in place without pulling the board that they are attached to, if you can't then you will have to pull out the secondary HVPCB and repair them-not a quick job.
You can confirm this diagnosis by emergency stopping the machine during a full color image, and examining the drums for a latent developed image, that isn't transferring to the primary transfer belt.
I have never been able to get those springs back in without a 2+ hour disassembly of the backside of the machine. Once you've had to do this once, you will never try to force a primary transfer belt in place ever again. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
