hello to all ! i have a problem at which km4035 show jam18, the paper jam before registration lever when i used 1 and 2 tray and even bypass tray.After i change feed motor and main motor and even engine board. Any solution will greatly appreaciated.

I have another problem, when send print from pc to the copier sometime never print out but only off-on machine (km4035) the print come. I need your help . THANKYOU

You can always try to reset by using sim 906 which resets disabled functions. You will be amazed the problems that can solve.

For the jamming it sounds like mabye the middle feed section isn't feeding and the paper is sticking there. Check that connection and try the 906.
