    Dears

Actually when black cat said about this one I checked the movement of the developing unit, and found good. unfortunately i checked this solution after removing the drum unit. so that I can see the action. But later I found the front side of the developing release lever got little bent and becoz of that the drum unit obstructing the developing unit to engage properly.
Anyway thanks for the solutions. Thanks everybody again. Cheers...will see u guys with another problem....

So it's resolved? Thanks for posting back. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Partial Image is not clear on Taskalfa221

this is one of the problems many people have encountered on these machines but its caused by a small plate on the dev unit sliding plate which when you lock the dev unit its suppose to push the dev unit towards the drum. check on that plate that touches the drum unit ground plate, it could be touching on the drum unit.its on the front side of the machine behind the waste toner box.your dev unit is not close enough to the drum and not connecting properly to dev bias connector.

    hope this is the solution
failure is not an option !
