I'm having a very wierd problem with this wide format. When making copies all vertical or horizontal lines on the original come out fine, but all diagonal lines come out squiggly. Please help.

I have had this problem once before(one of our techs) and it was mechanical.it was a drive gear,have a look around the drive system.give me a couple of days and I will let you know exactly what gear it is,once I have had a word to the tech.But yes it is in the drive system.

If you make multiple copies of the original, are the diagonal line problems the same (identical) on all copies, or is it different on all copies? How about printing??
