resetting KM-3035

here is my problems: I got 3035 week or so ago. 3035 have passwords everywhere and nobody know it. It is out of waranty and service.
My goal is Removing all passwords and adjust settings to comply with our network and so on.

It's amazing how the truth finally comes out. Another end user trying to get something for nothing....... As 10871087 posted.... Call a TECH...
