Re: network Status report
The menu settings are hidden within a special notification menu in the machine's web interface..
- Open your web browser.. Type in "Machine's IP Address/svcmntrpt".. This will open the menu for the service report print.. (For example : 192.168.192.125/svcmntrpt)
- Configure which reports you want sent and at what intervals you want them by filling in the required fields and reporting preferences..
- Can select from either "Maintenance Report", "Event Log", "Network Status Page", "Service Status Page", "Status Page", & "Application Status Page".. Or you can check all of the boxes so as to receive all of them at your selected intervals..
- The "Service Status Page" is the report that will show you percentages for Coverage..
- You will also need to configure the SMTP information on the webpage as well.. Although the machine may already be configured for sending e-mails, this particular webpage function does not access & utilize the current SMTP Server information that is stored in the device for normal day-to-day e-mailing by the end-user.. Therefore, you must enter in the necessary SMTP information so as to allow for the e-mailing of the Maintenance Pages to the e-mail address that you entered for the recipient..
P.S. -- Below the Toner Cover values listed on the Service Status Page, you will see the "Period" for which the machine has tracked the coverage data.. Example : (06/11/2015 - 05/31/2016 09:07)
If you want this period reset, you can reset that within Maintenance Mode 910
Hope this helps..
